Exhibit Hall
This 12,500 sq. foot space willfeature all-day beverages, attendee-boxed lunch, and
classroom space with times reserved for exclusive sponsor programming.
Register Early for the Best Booth Selection
Booths are 10′ wide x 8′ deep with an 8’ high back-drop and 3′ high side rails.
All sponsorships include one (1) booth.
Registration Information
A booth registration only (no sponsorship) or adding another booth to a sponsorship is available for $1000.

Policies & Procedures
Booth Equipment & Personnel
Each 8’x10’ booth will have an 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails, one 6′ X 30” draped table, two folding chairs, one electrical outlet (110 VAC), and one wastebasket.
Each booth comes with one Vendor pass.
All personnel must have a Vendor pass, which entitles them to meals and refreshments during exhibitor hours.
Additional Vendor passes are available for $200 each.
Payment / Refunds / Cancellation
Any outstanding balance must be paid in full by October 1, 2024.
The Conference Committee reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund or to resell exclusives and relocate selected booth(s) based on exhibitor demand for late, incomplete, or non-payment.
